Deadly Illness #5 (2018)

Deadly Illness #5 (2018)
52 pages, A5, English, xeroxed

Interviews
Opium Lord, Streaks Records, Ohyda, Cadaveric Incubator, Intolerable Noisechestra, Dark Hall, Violent Hammer, Necrolepsy, Church of Misery, Ice Dragon, Godchilla

This Hungarian zine looks neat although the xerox/print quality can be better. Either 2 columns or no column at all in normal MS Word type layout. Nothing fancy. The pages are not numbered and no table of content. The editorial note is at the last page of this (the back cover). That kinda unusual thing to do.

The interviews are quite long. Questions around 20+. No reviews or article. Only interviews.

As said in the editorial (also read it in some distro) that this issue also comes with Ice Dragon 7"EP (released by the editor's own label) but I don't have this. I bought the zine only from Nihilistic Distro at cheap price (of course since no 7" EP to be shipped together). Try getting this combo version if you can.

No contact address available in the zine.

To Purchase (might be available)

Shrunken & Mummified #9 (2007)

Shrunken and Mummified #9 (2007)
40 page, A4, pro-print, English

Interview
Eternal Bleeding, Elerion Miroku, Underdark, Ravendark's Monarchal Canticle, Moonfog, Murk Exorbitance, Deathvokation, Obscene Gesture, Marblebog, Diskord, Stygian Shadows, Kill Your Faith, Frostmoon Eclipse, Iron Batasuna

Scene Report
Lebanon, France

This is my first ever Hungarian zine and a good one too. No space is being waste. Small fonts and neatly arranged layout. I like this kind of computer layout because its looks simple but nice. No TOC but the page are numbered. Lots of reviews and it includes the front art as well arrange in alphabetical order and rated. Again, another 'interview' with Christian Felipe from Peru, the biggest rip off. I read this self-answered interview somewhere before. About the review section, they named the section for CD and fanzine review but the title art was too "abstract" for me to figure what they say except for demo section which is called "Demolisher" and vinyl (Inches to Inches, Blast to Blast). There is one long review in Hungarian fortunately on the "last breath reviews", there's the English version (much longer after translation). Mine is hand-numbered #208. Years have passed; probably a new issue(s) may be released after 2007.
