You can get this old issue for free (pay postage only from schattenmanns.wordpress.com). I am very surprised their website is still active. They stop the print magazine for couple of years and back with online presence.

This magazine comes with free CD. There's very long info on the bands featured in the CD.

2 or 3 columns per page for interviews and 4 columns for reviews (with very small font size) using background image or just plain black background/white text.

Some error on the table of content.

Reviews are alphabetically arranged. Demo reviews just after few pages of this magazine are not rated but album reviews are rated.

Very rare to find a BM band from Africa. The first one I discovered is here in Cult Mongers.

The pages are numbered, no table of content. The layout is very basic 2 MS Word columns per page. Some a just 1 column. Several font types are used. No consistency in the layout. And this is already the sixth issue. Interview questions are short and the easy type.

Music reviews not rated and not alphabetically arranged.

Few pages with flyers. The last page is the editor; Fritz & Adrian's top 50 list. Fritz with his top 50 albums and Adrian top 50 bands.

My copy hand-numbered 48/50!

Cult Mongers is also a distro/label. The FB pages for both are not updated and the official website also no longer working.

Bulgarian Scene Report

The whole issue was written/drawn by hand including the zine/band's logo. That's a lot of effort to complete the whole issue. No specific layout style. Border/page frame are mostly used. The writings are varied, not limited to certain style. Some are easy to read (or to look at) but some are not (in fact look a bit messy). Very minimal pictures used too.

There are some I think is the band's handwriting when they reply to the interviews. The Bulgarian Scene Report by Medarov of Terozin Zine might be his real handwriting as well.

Whether this style is good thing or not, very much depends on you. I am not really fond with this style. It is also needing some effort from the readers too in reading them since the handwriting are not that easy to read at times.  

There are also reviews on Music & zine. They are not rated and not alphabetically arranged. Very messy. The editor draws the band's/zine's logo.

I have the reprint version by Schattenmann Publishing. 

Pages are numbered but no table of content.

The editor, Lost Wisdom / Weisthor was kind enough to release English version of the interviews. These interviews were originally featured in their other zine, Au Milieu des Ruines which was translated from French. Actually, I am not so sure the original zine's name. I can be wrong.

This issue only features interviews. No reviews or articles. The interviews is long and informative covering bands from the black metal genre. Intresting read indeed. It does not talks about music only but also on social, political issues. At the end of the interview, the editor put some info on which issue that interview was originally featured.

The layout is just a normal 2 columns per page with background image or just plain black background and printed in glossy paper. I really like those black background/white text (as I mentioned many times before). Its looks simple but nice. Pages are also numbered and with table of content is present.

To quote in one interview, in 2015 label can still sell on average 1000 - 5000 copies physical formats. I wonder whats the number now in 2021. Dagon of Inquisition cleared up the air on the NS-thingy (Inquisition interview is a very long one).

The second issue continues in the same styles as the first issue. Layout is different for every band, no band picture/logo (with exception for Lucifericon because there is logo on the cover artwork), no review/article, no editorial, the pages are numbered but no table of content, interviews are dated.

I think I wrote a lot on the layout is issue 1. Not going to do that now. Layout-wise nothing to complaint about since all is good if not great especially when you are already familiar with his style. Maybe it is a bit strange looking at 2 blank black pages (with a bit of intro at the bottom) but it is changed in the next issue (using picture instead).

The interviews are interesting read as well. There is never the same question asked to different bands. Ultra Silvam is the shortest in 2 pages. Vircolac is longest and the most interesting one to read. I am not saying the rest is not! I am having difficulty to imagine how the Verberis "Vorant Gnosis" album sleeve look like even after the said artwork featured in 3 pages (the editor also interviewed the artist for more explanation).

Minenfeld is reading an old newspaper (of course it is layout as such) and might have real news from 1917 in between the interviews. Mirror Of Deception starts of funny with them asking back question and the editor replies.

Lucifericon interviews are academic, discussing on the symbols/sigil and occultism.

My first zine from Colombia in this page! I'll bet there are plenty of Colombian zine written in their language. If only the postage were cheap like the old days!

Crush the Insects from Colombia has grown from a newsletter to a full zine. Written in Spanish with old school kind of layout. 2 columns per page (in mostly black background with white text) and with page/border artwork. The pages are numbered but not table of content. This issue is less than 40pages thick but the font size is small so there is a lot to read. The text and pictures are also arranged neatly, and no space is being waste.

Interviews with editors of Crypts of Eternity Zine and Bells of Acheron Zine is quite long. I wonder what they talked about.

Music reviews in "Musica Del Diablo". Reviews are alphabetically arrangement, not rated. Some review with logo or the front cover. There are also zine reviews but not that many.

Printed in 200 copies. Supposed to be hand-numbered but my copy was not numbered.

Another old-school layout zine. 2 columns per page with frame/page border artworks. Pages numbered, with table of content.

Music reviews are alphabetically arranged, not rated and the formats is stated in the review. Zine review is only 1 page and also not alphabetically arranged and not rated.

After the Carrion Zine (old Finnish zine!) interview, Antti Luukkanen wrote about what he recalled during the 90's gig with bands like Darkthrone, Beherit, Old Funeral. Great to read this page.

I wish the real picture of Annica is used, instead of that zombie artwork. No offense to Tomi and his artwork. They are great (first time ever I read the artwork given space like an editorial to say few words. Great way to honor the artist). But also, better to have actual picture too since someone might be too lazy to google. hah!

Another thing to mention Axeslaughter & Pyoveli are not interviews. Axeslaughter took 1 page to review wine while 1 page for  Pyoveli for their drinking games.

The editor of this zine, simply named J, is very active. J have other zines (Ajatuksen Valo, punk zine which is J's main zine) and started another Doom/Sludge-oriented zine.
