Season Of Decay is the work of female editors Kats & Jodi. I couldn't find the zine number. From what I read in the editorial, this might not be the debut issue. 

Simple 2 columns per page but looks very neat and pictures nicely arranged. No page number and no table of content.

Most of the interviews dont have introduction but they put discography at the end. Reviews are on music only, alphabetically arranged and not rated.

Mine is hand-numbered #177, out of how many print-run? It is not stated.

There is a section on occult article: Sovereign Masteries. Other than these, there is 2 pages of band/label contact addresses and one page of updates of the bands featured in the previous issue. Ok now its confirmed this is not the debut issue.

The zine was distributed by Morbid Orchestra Dist.
